FPS appoints Dr. Andrea Pomana as antitrust partner

Dr Pomana brings extensive expertise in European and German antitrust law, foreign direct investment and third-country subsidies. 

She advises national and international clients on complex transactions, international merger control, abuse-of-dominance cases, investigations, procurement, state aid and compliance, with in-depth industry knowledge of the defence, energy, chemicals, technology and healthcare sectors. She also has significant experience in distribution, general EU law, sanctions and trade matters. 

A frequent conference speaker and author of specialist publications, she works at the intersection of key practice areas, including corporate/M&A, energy, foreign trade, procurement, state aid, and public and regulatory law.
